Poolster was founded in 2019 by Bram Vandenbroeck, who has always had a passion for sports, entertainment, and showbizz. He gained experience in marketing through his work at Humo and Bonka Circus, where he discovered the impact of using ambassadors such as Vincent Kompany and Jeroom Snelders in communication campaigns.

In 2023, Heleen Luyckx joined the team as a talent manager, bringing experience from VRT (Radio 2) and a PR/influencer agency background.

In the summer of 2025, we welcomed Aster Janssens as a dedicated partnership manager. He will focus on developing new partnerships, drawing on several years of experience at AG Insurance, DAZN, and HOKA.
